A Virtual consultation can be performed for adults or children from anywhere in the world. We offer a variety of virtual programs that will allow our team to personally follow you through a full treatment program with us at home.

This is the deposit to get started and the balance will be billed after the initial consultation call as described below based upon the package options.

Our virtual program is a 3-month program to get started as listed below. From there, our follow up packages are also available to continue to help patients on their journey. Fees are described below in more detail.

First, we start with you completing some paperwork on line so that we can create a file. The professionals will review the paperwork before the call and we also welcome you to send over any other tests, reports or anything that you have if you would like them to review it before your call to prepare.

The first call is scheduled for 1 hour through Zoom with a member of our professional team. Your healthcare professional will go over the paperwork with you that you had completed and ask you a lot of questions during the call. They will then talk about the recommendations for the case... this can be a variety of therapy and treatment options but it is really customized to just your case. Once you are done with your virtual consultation - we will reach out to you with the details and next steps to get everything all set up.

To do a virtual program after the initial consultation call -

you will receive an email with a full customized report based upon what was discussed with you and also an introduction from the therapist that you will be working with on a regular basis. The home program is usually a variety of exercises and therapies and we include detailed instructions for you for the program. Our team is also here to help you with video's, pictures or any assistance you need to implement the home program. Sometimes we will also recommend some optional home therapy items and/or supplements and we will be giving you links to those if you wanted to also purchase those.

Your home program will also be uploaded into our online tracking system - this is where you will log in the daily activities and have the ability to communicate with our team for anything you need.

This basic 3-month program includes 2 additional virtual follow ups (1 per month). You will have the option to do sessions with your therapy coach for 1 or 2 times a month, 1 x a week, 2 x per week or even 3 x per week as additional options if you would like more personalized program. The therapist can log in virtually and coach the parents/caregivers throughout their session and make sure everything is being done correctly. The therapist can demonstrate the proper way to use the equipment or do the exercises and assist you with anything that you need.

Standard 3 month Virtual Package includes: Initial Virtual Consultation call with healthcare professional in our office, the home program plus access to the online tracking software and 1 virtual call per month for the next 2 months (total of 3 calls) = $1500.00

Extended 3 month Virtual Package includes: Initial Virtual Consultation call with healthcare professional in our office, the home program plus access to the online tracking software and a virtual follow up call every 2 weeks for 3 months (initial call and 5 virtual follow ups) = $2,500.00

Bronze 3 month Virtual Package Includes: Initial Virtual Consultation call directly with a healthcare professional in our office, the home program plus access to the online tracking software and a virtual follow up call every 1 week for 3 months (initial call and 11 virtual follow ups)= $5,000.00

Silver 3 month Virtual Package Includes: Initial Virtual Consultation call directly with a healthcare professional in our office, the home program plus access to the online tracking software and a virtual follow up call 2 x per week, every week week for 3 months (initial call and 23 virtual follow ups)= $10,000.00

Gold 3 month Virtual Package Includes: Initial Virtual Consultation call with healthcare professional in our office, the home program plus access to the online tracking software and a virtual follow up call 3 x per week, every week week for 3 months (initial call and 36 virtual follow ups)= $15,000.00. This is very similar to our in-office program, working one on one with a therapy assistant to help you with consistency and frequency but also the direct support from our team for anything needed.
