To ensure your appointment time slot, our office requires a deposit for every in-person meeting. After booking, his assistant will reach out to you directly for the confirmation.
We offer a variety of in person options; 1 day evaluations, as well as 3 day evaluation program and 5 or 10 day intensive programs for adults and children. After your deposit is received, our office will reach out to gather some information to book your appointment and start the process with us. The cost and amount of time that is needed for each of the appointment options does vary based upon the age of the patient but our team will be happy to go over all of those details and options with you.
We now have 2 offices for you: Our Long Island office is located in Rockville Centre, NY. This is about 15 minutes from JFK airport in a more rural area. We will be happy to assist you with any recommendations needed for travel and hotel during your stay for this location including a discount link for a local hotel. Our new office is located in New York City on 5th Avenue and 33rd/34th street directly across from the Empire State Building. There are many hotels within walking distance and NYC is terrific for site-seeing and other activities while you are in town.
Again, this is a deposit for an in person appointment. After payment is received, a member of our team will reach out and go over the options and next steps with you or feel free to reach out to us anytime for more information.
Refund policy for in person deposits - if your appointment is cancelled within 30 days of the day it is schedule, a refund is not able to be given. You can absolutely reschedule your appointment or we can keep the credit on file for future use. If you need to cancel with 30+ days before your scheduled visit, a refund can be given upon request
